Welcome to the Hillingdon Safeguarding Children Partnership Website

8 August 2025

To support the integration of the Education Management System (EYES) with social care applications, there will be planned downtime from 8am Monday 11 August 2025 to Friday 15 August 2025 across children’s social care in Hillingdon.

The following systems will be affected:

  • LAS/ LCS/EHM/ ControCC: social care portals for EHM and LAS will be unavailable while the Education systems migration takes place.

  • Civica Digital 360 – Social Care: staff will be able to view but not upload documents up until end of Thursday 14 August.

  • Civica Digital 360 will not be available for use or to access on Friday 15 August.

During this period, staff will have read only access to children’s case file records.  Mitigations have been put in place for recordings to be made during the affected period including the subsequent transfer of new recordings onto the systems noted above when back on-line.

New referrals should continue to be sent electronically however this should be via a temporary e form that recreates the current portal form therefore no additional time is required during completion.  The form can be accessed through the following link and a copy of the e form will be emailed to the referrer when submitted as there is no save function available:

https://www.hillingdon.gov.uk/article/14816/Portal-Early-Help-Referral-and-Assessment

The forms will automatically be sent to the Children’s Services Interim address, as follows, so there is no requirement to send separately:  CSinterim@hillingdon.gov.uk

The interim arrangements are in effect from Monday the 11th of August at 8am so please continue to use the established referral route of the online portal until that time.   Child protection matters and safeguarding concerns should continue to be communicated by telephone in the first instance.

Thank you for your continued support and assistance during this important period.

The vision of the Safeguarding Partnership is for every child and young person to be and feel safe, enjoy good physical, emotional and mental health, have pride in their unique identities, feel that they belong and have opportunities to thrive.

Please note: the contents of the website are being reviewed following publication of the updated Working Together to Safeguarding Children 2023.
